Inclusive & Individualized Mental Health Counseling

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life. My focus is on the individual that is in session with me and not a diagnosis. I have experience and training in many different areas. A main focus of my practice has been addressing needs of those within 2SLGBTQIA+ community, chronic illnesses, and aging populations.

I have been successfully providing counseling services to clients in various settings throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and facilitating their self-growth since 2014.

I received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Services Counseling from East Central University in 2011 and a Master of Science (MS) in Counseling from Oklahoma State University in 2014. I am Licensed in Oklahoma and Texas as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). In March 2024 I received recognition as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). 

 

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Health Choice, Healthcare Highways, WebTPA, Optum, UMR, United Healthcare, with others being able to be billed out of network. There is an option to self-pay for services as well.
